คุณสมบัติ

  • Male/Female age between 30-35 years, Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accountancy or Finance. Holder of CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, experience an advantage.
  • Good command in both oral and written English.
  • Possess strong Leadership skill.
  • Mature person with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of staff.

ลักษณะงาน

  • Enhance good corporate governance through code of conduct, conflict of interest policy, etc.
  • Ensure good corporate governance, operational efficiency, and compliance with policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Monitor and ensure all business units comply with company policies, procedures, and external regulations
  • Develop internal audit plan and procedures.
  • Design risk-based audit program.
  • Manage and conduct audits for areas identified in the internal audit plan to add value and improve company’s operations.
  • Recommend and improve internal control and operational processes.

ลักษณะงาน

  • Obtaining and understanding the requirements of company projects. Our company works on Media Content, TV Commercials, TV Programs, Still Photography and various other production platforms
  • Examine script, storyboard, drawing up a shooting schedule and estimating cost
  • Negotiating cost and approving the booking of resources, equipment and suppliers
  • Overseeing location bookings and approve and arranging any necessary permissions and risk assessments
  • Managing production schedule and budget
  • Hiring freelance crew as needed given the requirements of each individual project
  • Managing production team and dealing with any problems
  • Being the first point of contact for all production partners
  • Managing vendor relationships including negotiating rate and costs, vendor agreement and payment plans

คุณสมบัติ

ลักษณะงาน

  • Leads and manage the corporate property team for assigned area to ensure consistent performance, portfolio optimization and the efficient handling of the organization’s real estate needs.
  • Managing and monitoring offices asset management coordination and lead the quality work in line with the company standard processes.
  • Secure efficient property usage of Property planning and reporting, Site property master plan, Real estate portfolio analysis, lease decisions, Space management, application of the Future Workplace, Constant assessments of properties and compliance issues.
  • Conduct Design, Construction and Renovation activities with related supporting functions as well as external real estate professionals and suppliers, drive the entire process from planning to completion by managing budgets, schedules, quality and safety using the Project Steering Model.
  • Deliver Property and Facility Management based on the defined Operate Facility Services and Preserve Property Asset Processes to preserve and enhance property values and performances.
  • Facility Management, Cleaning, Office services, Waste, Security, Food and accommodations.
  • Prepares and Set up budget to be align with company goal/directions.
  • Balances conflicting resource and priority demands.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Set up monthly and yearly plan.
  • Analyze on Manpower for upcoming Real Estate/Construction projects.
  • Support construction team during project.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment from management.

  • Closely work with marketer and agency to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
  • Work with the operation, marketing and sales team to lead the project team toward success.

  • Managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
